Welcome to the HeadStart Program. We are excited to have you join us as we Redefine Hearing Wellness — Naturally. By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions designed to ensure the best possible experience for your wellness journey.

1. Program Overview
   The HeadStart Program is a two-month full-experience initiative hosted by FIR Momentum (FIRM). Participants will use the FirmClear® device in conjunction with the FirmApp® to support microcirculation and promote a refreshing experience that resonates from the inside out.
2. Participant Obligations (Commitment to Wellness)
   To achieve the best results and provide meaningful data for service improvement, participants agree to:
   
   • Active Usage: Use the FirmClear® device at least three (3) times per week. Each session is approximately 30 minutes.
   • Progress Tracking: Complete one (1) THI (Tinnitus Handicap Inventory) Survey and one (1) Hearing Evaluation via the FirmApp® every week.
   • Lifestyle Maintenance: Maintain a regular daily routine and healthy lifestyle to support the body’s natural energy and microcirculation.
   • Feedback: Provide honest feedback regarding the user experience to help us enhance our digital wellness platform.
3. Deposit and Equipment Policy
   
   • Refundable Deposit: A deposit of USD$100 is required upon registration (the total program value is estimated at USD$1,000).
   • Program Completion Options: At the conclusion of the two-month program:
     Continued Wellness: You may choose to keep the FirmClear® device. Your USD$100 deposit will be converted into credit toward future usage packages.
   • Full Refund: You may return the FirmClear® device in its original, functional condition to receive a full refund of your USD$100 deposit.
   • Device Care: Participants are responsible for maintaining the device in good condition during the program.
4. Program Suspension and Termination
   FIRM reserves the right to terminate a participant’s involvement and recall the FirmClear® device under the following circumstances:
   
   • Inactivity: Prolonged periods of non-use without prior notice.
   • Non-compliance: Failure to complete the required weekly surveys or hearing evaluations.
   • Deposit Forfeiture: If the program is terminated due to the above reasons (and not due to Force Majeure or unforeseen emergencies), the deposit will not be refunded.
5. Wellness and Safety Disclaimer
   
   • Non-Medical Product: The HeadStart Program and FirmClear® device are intended for wellness and lifestyle enhancement purposes only. This is not a medical activity. The device is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
   • Voluntary Participation: You may discontinue participation at any time. If you experience any discomfort, please stop use immediately and consult a professional if necessary.
   • Natural Energy: Our technology harnesses far-infrared waves to gently apply energy to tissues. It is designed to be as safe and easy to use as any household wellness device.
6. Data Protection and Privacy
   
   • Anonymity: All data collected through the FirmApp®, including surveys and evaluations, will be stored anonymously.
   • Usage: Data will be used strictly for service improvement and internal research to better understand how our technology supports quality of life.
